DEVELOPMENT FOR FUNDS
MULTI -FAMILY (RENTAL)
CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM -
NG EXECUTION OF SAID
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application dated June 28, 2010 for Iowa Department of
Economic Development funds in conjunction with Multi -Family
(Rental) Unit Production - New Construction Program - Round 2, by
and between Iowa Department of Economic Development and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of June, 2010.
