RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO
AGREEMENT WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT INCREASING FUNDING BY
$1,047,100.00, FOR CDBG SUPPLEMENTAL FUNDS
FOR THE PURPOSE OF FUNDING SINGLE-FAMILY
NEW CONSTRUCTION UNIT PRODUCTION - ROUND 2,
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AMENDMENT
BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 2 to Agreement dated June 28, 2010, to change
the award amount from $1,047,583.00 to $2,094,683.00, an increase
of $1,047,100.00 in CDBG Supplemental Funds, for the purpose of
funding Single -Family New Construction Unit Production - Round 2,
by and between the Iowa Department of Economic Development and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of June, 2010.
