RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT FROM DEPARTMENT OF
JUSTICE, CRIME VICTIM ASSISTANCE DIVISION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Federal Violence Against Women grant, in the amount of
$38,051.00, with required local match of $12,684.00, for the
period July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011, to be used for the Domestic
Abuse Response Team (DART) Program, with the Department of
Justice, Crime Victim Assistance Division, be and the same is
hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of June, 2010.
