RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH CITY OF CEDAR FALLS,
IOWA AND BLACK HAWK COUNTY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated June 28, 2010, for
distribution of the FY2010 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice
Assistance Grant (JAG) in the amount of $108,069.00, to be used
for funding the Tri -County Drug Enforcement Task Force, by and
between the City of Cedar Falls, Iowa, Black Hawk County and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of June, 2010.
