RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING AND
SURVEYING, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated June 28, 2010, at
a cost not to exceed $40,000.00, for construction related
services in conjunction with the F.Y. 2010 E. Sixth Street Storm
Pump Station Improvements, Contract No. 716, by and between Wayne
Claassen Engineering and Surveying, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of June, 2010.
