RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY MAGEE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. OF CEDAR
FALLS, IOWA FOR THE F.Y. 2010 FLETCHER AVENUE
FLOOD GATE REPAIRS, CONTRACT NO. 753, AND
ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Magee Construction Company, Inc. of Cedar Falls,
Iowa, has under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
furnished certain materials and performed labor at a total cost
of $70,544.00 in connection with the F.Y. 2010 Fletcher Avenue
Flood Gate Repairs, Contract No. 753, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of June, 2010.
