RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY THE
OVERLAND GROUP ON BEHALF OF LANDOWNER KIM A.
VRBICEK TO PETITION VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION, TO
ANNEX APPROXIMATELY 12.23 ACRES OF LAND,
GENERALLY LOCATED SOUTH OF 5829 LA PORTE ROAD,
FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING A DOLLAR
GENERALSTORE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the request by the Overland Group on behalf of landowner Kim A. Vrbicek
to petition voluntary annexation, to annex approximately 12.23 acres of land, generally located
south of 5829 La Porte Road, for the purpose of constructing a Dollar General Store, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
