TER 3,HUMAN RIGHTS,TITLE 5,
POLICE REGULATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.
That the City Council of the City of
Waterloo adopted Ordinance No.5701 on
Waterloo, City of- Legals May 15,2023,which amended the City of
Waterloo Code of Ordinances by adding
Accounts Pa able Article C, Unfair Practices-Conversion
Y Therapy, of Chapter 3, Human Rights,
Title 5,Police Regulations.
715 MULBERRY ST. Section 2. That the City Council of the
City of Waterloo hereby amends the City
Code of the City of Waterloo Iowa. by
WATERLOO IA 50703 repealing Article C, Unfair Practices -
Converslon Therapy, of Chapter 3,
Human Rights, Title 5, Police Regula-
tions. Section 3.This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication as provided by
ORDER NUMBER 228607
