RESOLUTION NO. 2023-544
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
NATURAL RESOURCES TO IMPLEMENT A RESIDENTIAL
TREE PROGRAM, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Memorandum of Understanding dated September 5, 2023, between the Iowa
Department of Natural Resources and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to implement a Residential
Tree Program, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of September 2023.
