RESOLUTION NO. 2023-546
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL
ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ISG OF
WATERLOO, IOWA IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,200.00, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE IRVING SCHOOL TRAFFIC
ENHANCEMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Professional Engineering Services agreement with ISG of Waterloo, Iowa in the
amount of $2,200.00, in conjunction with the Irving School Traffic Enhancement, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of September 2023.
