RESOLUTION NO. 2023-548
RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEMPORARY EASEMENT
AGREEMENT WITH FISCHELS HOLDINGS LLC, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $210.87, FOR 886 SQUARE FEET, LOCATED
AT 1102 SOUTH STREET, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
SOUTH STREET AND W. 9TH STREET ROUNDABOUT
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Temporary Easement Agreement with Fischels Holdings LLC, in the amount of
$210.87, for 886 square feet, located at 1102 South Street, in conjunction with the South Street
and W. 9th Street Roundabout Construction Project, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of September 2023.
