RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXCEPTION TO THE
PURCHASING POLICY FOR THE PURCHASE OF A 2020 ESCAPE
HYBRID, DEMO UNIT, FOR THE PLANNING AND ZONING
DEPARTMENT, IN THE AMOUNT OF $34,190.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the requested exception to the City of Waterloo's Purchasing Procedures Policy to
approve the purchase of a 2020 Escape Hybrid, demo unit, for the Planning and Zoning
Department, in the amount of $34,190.00, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of September 2023.
