RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDING PERMIT FEE
SCHEDULES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That it has been determined by the Building
Official/Maintenance Administrator and the City Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, that certain permit fee schedules for
Building Permit, Plan Review and Inspection Fees should be
amended as follows:
a) Addition of a Plan Review Fee for all commercial
projects when a plan review is required. The Plan
Review Fee will be calculated as 650 of the Building
Permit Fee. For the purpose of calculating the Plan
Review Fee, the Handicap Fee will not be included in
the Building Permit Fee.
Section 2. That the final schedule of Building Permit, Plan
Review and Inspection Fees is hereby amended, as shown on the
attached schedule, and by reference made a part hereof.
