RECEIVING OF BIDS
On behalf of the City of Waterloo and the
Municipal Telecommunications Utility of
the City of Waterloo, notice is hereby
given that sealed proposals will be
received by the City Clerk of the City of
Waterloo, City of- Legals Waterloo, Iowa,at her office in the City
Hall of the said City on the 14th day of
Accounts Payable September 2023 until 1:00 p.m. for the
construction of the FY 2023 Prefabricated
Shelter,Contract No.1087,as described
715 MULBERRY ST. in detail in the plans and specifications
now on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
Proposals received after the deadline for
WATERLOO IA 50703 submission of bids as stated herein shall
not be considered and shall be returned
to the late bidder unopened.
OPENING OF BIDS
All proposals received will be opened in
the City Council Chambers at City Hall,in

At said hearing, any interested person
may appear and file objections thereto or
to the cost of the improvements.
