RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST OF MAIN
STREET WATERLOO TO RE -ISSUE THE CITY'S
GUARANTY OF MAIN STREET WATERLOO'S LOAN WITH
MIDWESTONE BANK IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$245,763.30 PLUS UNPAID INTEREST FOR THE
PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS AND REPAIRS TO THE
WALL NEXT TO THE PARKING LOT ALONG LAFAYETTE
STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the request of Main Street Waterloo for the City of Waterloo
to provide a Guaranty for a loan with MidWestOne Bank, with the
City's Guaranty not to exceed $245,763.30 principal plus any
unpaid interest on that principal, for the parking lot
improvements and repairs to the wall next to the parking lot
along Lafayette Street, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of June, 2010.
