BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Development Agreement dated August 1, 2022, between International Investment Risk Trust, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the development of structures and related improvements on property legally described as follows: PROPERTY TO BE DESCRIBED BY SURVEY, CONSISTING GENERALLY OF APPROXIMATELY 10.4 ACRES LYING WITHIN THE EAST 350 FEET � OF THE NORTH 120 ACRES OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 88 NORTH, RANGE 13 WEST OF THE 5TH P.M., BLACK HAWK COUNTY IOWA is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
