Lot 1, Greenbelt Centre Plat No. 2, except Parcel "H"thereof according to Plat of Survey filed 9/06/2022
as Doc. No. 2023-3984, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Subject to (a)easements, servitudes, conditions, and restrictions of record; (b)general utility and
right-of-way easements serving the property; and (c)restrictions imposed by local zoning ordinances and
other applicable law. Further subject to possibility of reverter of title pursuant to Development Agreement
dated August 7, 2023.
Deed from Iowa political subdivision. Exempt from real estate transfer tax, declaration of value and
groundwater hazard statement.
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as in the singular or plural
number, and as masculine or feminine gender, according to the context.
