Hawk County, Iowa, subject to the retention of an access easement and a public utility easement for the
benefit Lots 4 and 5, Block 16, Hayes Addition, over, under, upon, and across the southeasterly 50 feet of
the described parcel, and also subject to the retention of an easement for public water utilities over,
under, upon, and across the southeasterly 30 feet of the northwesterly 45 feet of the southwesterly 25 feet
of said parcel.
