RESOLUTION APPROVING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT/
SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT WITH CVS PHARMACY 8546,
2068 LOGAN AVENUE, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Acknowledgement/Settlement Agreement dated March 1,
2010, in the amount of $300.00, in conjunction with settlement of
violation of tobacco laws, by and between CVS Pharmacy 8546, 2068
Logan Avenue, Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of March, 2010.
