RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST OF LOCKARD
CONSTRUCTION ON BEHALF OF MBAK PROPERTIES FOR
A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE "R -4,R -P"
PLANNED MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT GENERALLY
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF WEST SAN
MARNAN DRIVE AND HURST DRIVE FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT OF A 12,800 SQUARE FOOT OFFICE
BUILDING IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Council of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a site plan amendment to the "R -4,R -P"
Planned Multiple Residence District generally located at the
southeast corner of West San Marnan Drive and Hurst Drive for the
development of a 12,800 square foot office building, legally
described as follows:
Tower Park No. 6 Lot 1, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on March 1, 2010, at 5:30
p.m., at City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, as provided
by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,, on the
proposal to approve said above mentioned site plan amendment, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a site plan amendment to the "R -4,R -P"
Planned Multiple Residence District generally located at the
southeast corner of West San Marnan Drive and Hurst Drive for the
development of a 12,800 square foot office building, be and the
same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1St day of March, 2010.
