RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF BID TO CHARLES
GABUS FORD OF DES MOINES, IOWA, FOR THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2010 FULL SIZE SPORT
UTILITY VEHICLE, IN THE AMOUNT OF $29,375.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Charles Gabus Ford of Des Moines, Iowa, in
the amount of $29,375.00, for the Purchase of One (1) 2010 Full
Size Sport Utility Vehicle, described in the specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said purchase, after
public hearing on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid received for said
purchase.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1St day of March, 2010.
