RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FROM ASPRO, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE F.Y. 2010 ASPHALT
OVERLAY PROGRAM, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, BEING CONTRACT NO. 771.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Aspro, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, for the F.Y.
2010 Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract No. 771, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
by the Mayor Pro Tem and the City Clerk as of the ist day of
March, 2010, together with the accompanying bond for the faithful
performance of said contract signed by North American Specialty
Insurance Company of Manchester, New Hampshire, as surety
thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this ist day of March, 2010.
