RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FROM ENGINEERING
CONSULTANTS, INC. DBA ECINC OF CEDAR RAPIDS,
IOWA, FOR THE F.Y. 2010 ARCH GATE REPLACEMENT
DRY RUN CREEK, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
BEING CONTRACT NO. 778.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Engineering Consultants, Inc. dba Ecinc of
Cedar Rapids, Iowa, for the F.Y. 2010 Arch Gate Replacement Dry
Run Creek, Contract No. 778, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor Pro
Tem and the City Clerk as of the 1St day of March, 2010, together
with the accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said
contract signed by Developers Surety and Indemnity Company of
Irvine, California, as surety thereon, be, and the same are
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1St day of March, 2010.
