The undersigned, being first sworn on oath, deposes and states as follows:
1. I was grantor in a deed to Robert D. Brandt dated September 26, 2013 and filed October
2, 2013 as Doc. No. 2014-7385. The deed did not recite my marital status.
2. At the time of the above conveyance, I was not married.
3. This affidavit is given for purposes of clearing title to property legally described as:
The South 45 feet of the North 85 feet of Lot 5 and the South 45 feet of the North 85 feet
of the East 43 '/ feet of Lot 4;
AND
The South 55 feet of the East 43 '/ feet of Lot 4 and the South 55 feet of the West 1.5
feet of Lot 5, all in Block 10 in Lane and Fowler's Second Addition to the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.

Subject to restrictive covenants, ordinances, and limited access provisions of record, if any, and to existing
easements, if any.
Statement per Iowa Code 558.69:No known private burial site, well, solid waste disposal site,
underground storage tank, hazardous waste, or private sewage disposal system on the property as
described in Iowa Code §558.69. Transaction exempt from groundwater hazard statement.
Grantors do hereby covenant with grantees, and successors in interest, that grantors hold the real estate by title
in fee simple; that they have good and lawful authority to sell and convey the real estate; that the real estate is free
and clear of all liens and encumbrances except as may be stated above;and grantors covenant to warrant and defend
