RESOLUTION APPROVING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT/
SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT WITH KIMBALL AVENUE
DRUG, 2104 KIMBALL AVENUE, AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Acknowledgement/Settlement Agreement dated March 8,
2010, to serve a 30 -day suspension of retail cigarette permit, in
conjunction with settlement of violation of tobacco laws, by and
between Kimball Avenue Drug, 2104 Kimball Avenue, Waterloo, Iowa
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of March, 2010.
