RESOLUTION NO. 2023-579
RESOLUTION APPROVING A SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH
ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING AND EQUIPMENT COMPANY
OF DES MOINES, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $7,700.00
PER YEAR, FOR A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS ENDING
AUGUST 2026, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that a Service Agreement with Electrical Engineering and Equipment Company of Des Moines,
Iowa, in the amount of $7,700.00 per year, for a period of three years ending August 2026, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of September 2023.
