RESOLUTION NO. 2023-576
RESOLUTION APPROVING A VEHICLE AND FUEL
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE MUNICIPAL
TELECOMMUNICATIONS UTILITY OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IN THE AMOUNT OF $.05 PER GALLON
ABOVE THE PRICE PAID BY CITY DEPARTMENTS FOR
FUEL AND $56.00 PER HOUR FOR VEHICLE
MAINTENANCE SERVICE TECHNICIAN SERVICES, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Vehicle and Fuel Maintenance Agreement with the Municipal Telecommunications
Utility of the City of Waterloo, in the amount of $.05 per gallon above the price paid by City
departments for fuel and $56.00 per hour for vehicle maintenance Service Technician services, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of September 2023.
