RESOLUTION NO. 2023-578
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF A
JANITORIAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MIDWEST
JANITORIAL SERVICE, INC., OF HIAWATHA, IOWA, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $11,399.62 PER MONTH, EFFECTIVE
SEPTEMBER 1, 2023, THROUGH AUGUST 31, 2025, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the renewal of a Janitorial Services Agreement with Midwest Janitorial Service, Inc., of
Hiawatha, Iowa, in the amount of $11,399.62 per month, effective September 1, 2023, through
August 31, 2025, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of September 2023.
