RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF REQUEST
FOR PROPOSAL DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT,
ETC. IN CONJUNCTION WITH ARCHAEOLOGICAL
SERVICES FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS:
SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES AND NORTHEAST IOWA FOOD
BANK CAMPUS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Contracts and Grants Coordinator of
said City to prepare Request for Proposal Document, form of
contract, etc. for Archaeological Services for New Construction
Projects: Single -Family Homes and Northeast Iowa Food Bank
Campus, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Contracts and Grants Coordinator did file said
Request for Proposal Document, form of contract, etc. for
Archaeological Services for New Construction Projects: Single -
Family Homes and Northeast Iowa Food Bank, which was
preliminarily approved on February 15, 2010, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 8,
2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said Request for Proposal Document, form of
contract, etc. for Archaeological Services for New Construction
Projects: Single -Family Homes and Northeast Iowa Food Bank, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same is hereby, approved
as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of March, 2010.
