RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH
ARCHAEOLOGICAL SERVICES FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION
RPOJECTS: SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES AND NORTHEAST
IOWA FOOD BANK CAMPUS.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2010-172, Request for Proposal
Document for Archaeological Services for New Construction
Projects: Single -Family Homes and Northeast Iowa Food Bank
Campus, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has been approved and
adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said Contract be
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of March, 2010.
