RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2010
CEDAR PRAIRIE TRAIL BRIDGE REPAIRS, CONTRACT
NO. 764.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., for the
F.Y. 2010 Cedar Prairie Trail Bridge Repairs, Contract No. 764,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2010 Cedar
Prairie Trail Bridge Repairs, Contract No. 764, which were
preliminarily approved on February 22, 2010, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 8,
2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., for the F.Y. 2010 Cedar Prairie Trail Bridge
Repairs, Contract No. 764, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and
the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of March, 2010.
