RESOLUTION APPROVING HOME INVESTMENT
PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM CONSORTIUM COOPERATION
AGREEMENT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO IOWA
that the Home Investment Partnership
Cooperation Agreement dated March 8, 2010,
Years 2011, 2012 and 2013 for additional
funds for the cities of Waterloo and Cedar
the City of Cedar Falls, Iowa and the City
and the same is hereby approved, and the
authorized to execute the same in behalf of
Iowa.
