RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 WITH AECOM AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated March 8, 2010, at a cost
not to exceed $18,000.00, for the F.Y. 2010 Arch Gate Replacement
Dry Run Creek, Contract No. 778, by and between AECOM of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th dayof March, 2010.
