MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
This Memorandum of Understanding is between the City of Waterloo, Iowa and the Iowa Northland
Regional Council of Governments hereinafter referred to as INRCOG.
Whereas, the City of Waterloo wishes to engage INRCOG's application services for the following
project:
Type of Application: Reconnecting Communities and Neighborhoods, U.S. DOT
Charge for
Application: $2,000
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, INRCOG and the City Council of Waterloo, Iowa has executed this
memorandum of understanding as of this 2nd day of October, 2023.
