RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 2 WITH KIRKHAM MICHAEL AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 2 dated March 8, 2010, at an
estimated cost of $125,000.00, for final design in conjunction
with the West Shaulis Road Extension, Phase 2, by and between
Kirkham Michael of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8thday f March, 2010.
