RESOLUTION APPROVING LETTER OF SUPPORT AND
PREFERENCE FOR THE PROJECT WITH LEGACY MANOR
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID LETTER BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Letter of Support and Preference for the Project dated
March 8, 2010, for new construction of a 60 -unit, 3 -story, low-
income senior housing apartment building near the Flammang Drive
and Schukei Road area, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of March, 2010.
