RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
OCTOBER 16, 2023, TO APPROVE A REQUEST BY DLG
INVESTMENTS (GRAY TRANSPORTATION) FOR A SITE
PLAN AMENDMENT FOR AN EMPLOYEE PARKING LOT IN
THE "M-2,P" PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT LOCATED
EAST OF 2459 GT DRIVE, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 16th day of October 2023, to
hold a public hearing to approve a request by DLG Investments (Gray Transportation) for a Site
Plan Amendment for an employee parking lot in the "M-2,P" Planned Industrial District located
east of 2459 GT Drive.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October 2023.
