RESOLUTION NO. 2023-612
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH WHKS & CO., OF MASON CITY, IOWA,
IN THE AMOUNT OF $142,250.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE EAST SHAULIS ROAD AND HAMMOND AVENUE
ROUNDABOUT DESIGN PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement with WHKS & Co., of Mason City, Iowa, in the
amount of $142,250.00, in conjunction with the East Shaulis Road and Hammond Avenue
Roundabout Design Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and city Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October 2023.
