RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE
AGREEMENT WITH WILLETT, HOFMANN, & ASSOCIATES,
INC., OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA, ORIGINALLY APPROVED
JUNE 21, 2021, TO AMEND THE PROJECT END TIMELINE
FROM JANUARY 6, 2023, TO DECEMBER 31, 2023, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE DOWNTOWN TRAFFIC
CAMERA AND FIBER OPTIC INTERCONNECT PROJECT,
IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, PROJECT
NO. STBG-SWAP-8155(769)--SG-07, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with Willett, Hofmann, & Associates, Inc., of Cedar
Rapids, Iowa, originally approved June 21, 2021, to amend the project end timeline from January
6, 2023, to December 31, 2023, in conjunction with the Downtown Traffic Camera and Fiber
Optic Interconnect Project, Iowa Department of Transportation, Project No. STBG-SWAP-
8155(769)--SG-07, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October 2023.
