RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH HR GREEN, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED $15,500.00, TO COMPLETE A PHASE II
ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 200 EAST MULLAN AVENUE, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement with HR Green, in an amount not to exceed
$15,500.00, to complete a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment for property located at 200
East Mullan Avenue, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute
said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
