RESOLUTION NO. 2023-622
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.,
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $19,500.00 IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO CONVENTION
CENTER UNDERGROUND PARKING RAMP REPAIRS
PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement with AECOM Technical Services, Inc., of Waterloo,
Iowa, in the amount of $19,500.00 in conjunction with the Waterloo Convention Center
Underground Parking Ramp Repairs Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized
and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October 2023.
