RESOLUTION NO. 2023-623
RESOLUTION APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH THE IOWA NORTHLAND
REGIONAL COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $2,000.00, FOR PREPARATION OF THE
RECONNECT COMMUNITIES AND NEIGHBORHOODS
GRANT APPLICATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated October 2, 2023, between the Iowa Northland
Regional Council Of Governments and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed,
$2,000.00, for the writing, preparation, and submittal to the Iowa Department Of Transportation's
Reconnect Communities and Neighborhoods grant application, is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October 2023.
