RESOLUTION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF SIDEWALK
ASSESSMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $294.16 FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 420 SHERMAN AVENUE IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2010 SIDEWALK REPAIR
ASSESSMENT PROGRAM - ZONE 9, CONTRACT NO.
765.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following sidewalk assessment be and the same is
hereby abated:
420 Sherman Avenue (Parcel No. 8913-13-157-014)
Logan Dale Heights Lot 13 Block 8, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Amount: $294.16
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she is
hereby directed to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said
cancellation in conjunction with the FY 2010 Sidewalk Repair
Assessment Program - Zone 9, Contract No. 765.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of March, 2010.
