RESOLUTION NO. 2023-620
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REAL ESTATE PURCHASE
AGREEMENT WITH GARY D. CHURCH FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 1202 SYCAMORE STREET, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $10,000.00 PLUS UP TO $2,000.00 IN CLOSING COSTS,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Real Estate Purchase Agreement dated October 2, 2023, between Gary D. Church and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $10,000.00 plus up to $2,000.00 in closing costs,
located at 1202 Sycamore Street, and legally described as follows:
THE NORTHWEST 110 FEET OF LOT NO. 2, BLOCK NO. 48, AND THE
NORTHWEST 110 FEET OF THE NORTHEAST 10 FEET OF LOT NO. 3,
BLOCK 48, ORIGINAL PLAT, WATERLOO, EAST
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute
said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October 2023.
