RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH KEVIN E. ROSE AND MICHELLE L.
ROSE, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE REHABILITATION OF
628 W. PARKER STREET, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
That the Development Agreement dated October 2, 2023, between Kevin E. Rose and
Michelle L. Rose and the City of Waterloo, for the rehabilitation of property located at 628 W.
Parker Street, and legally described as follows:
PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER
