RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH CASTRO PROPERTIES, LLC, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE REHABILITATION OF 1525
OAKWOOD DRIVE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMEN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
That the Development Agreement dated October 2, 2023, between Castro Properties,
LLC and the City of Waterloo, for the rehabilitation of property located at 1525 Oakwood Drive,
and legally described as follows:
LOT 45 IN GREENBRIER FOURTH ADDITION, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA
is hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2"d day of October 2023.
