RESOLUTION NO. 2023-608
RESOLUTION APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF
AGREEMENT WITH ELEVATE HOUSING FOUNDATION OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE CONTINUED PROVISION OF
AN EMBEDDED EMPLOYEE TO PROVIDE MENTAL
HEALTH SERVICES TO THIRD PARTIES DURING CALLS
FOR SERVICE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Agreement with Elevate Housing Foundation of Waterloo, Iowa, for the
continued provision of an embedded employee to provide mental health services to third parties
during calls for service, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
