RESOLUTION NO. 2023-609
RESOLUTION APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH THE CITY OF CEDAR FALLS FOR
THE FIVE-YEAR CONSOLIDATED ACTION PLAN, AS
REQUIRED BY THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF
HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, IN ORDER TO
MAINTAIN THE CEDAR FALLS WATERLOO HOME
CONSORTIUM, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Cedar Falls for the five-year
Consolidated Action Plan, as required by the United States Department of Housing and Urban
Development, in order to maintain the Cedar Falls Waterloo HOME Consortium, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October 2023.
