2,P" PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, LOCATED
SOUTHEAST OF 2425 GT DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS
FOLLOWS:
That the request of M&MB Legacy for a Site Plan Amendment for a 5,990 square foot
commercial building in the"M-2,P"Planned Industrial District, located southeast of 2425 GT Drive,
and legally described as follows:
NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT NO 3 LOT 14, CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA
shall be and is hereby approved.
