RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION WITH THE
GOVERNOR'S OFFICE OF DRUG CONTROL POLICY AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the FFY 2010 Justice Assistance Grant application dated
March 15, 2010, in the amount of $683,641.00, with the city's
portion in the amount of $367,775.00, and a required 25 percent
city match of $91,944.00, to be used for funding of the Tri -
County Drug Enforcement Task Force, by and between the Governor's
Office of Drug Control Policy and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of March, 2010.
